Revenue with VRGT
DVD/CD ROMs are sold in museum shops and other multimedia stores, therefore generating income. But whether they are put on sale or the VRGT is put online free is entirely within the control of the museum’s own strategy or policy.
If the VRGT covers the complete exhibition and includes a virtual guided tour through it, it is logical to charge an entrance fee. A fee is important not just to raise income but also to distinguish this content and increase its value. Once the user enters VRGT, he can spend hours exploring the content.
Therefore, in determining the price policy, we are interested in working closely with you in developing an ideal strategy. In our opinion, the price should be calculated on the level of a micro-payment, just a fraction of the real entrance fee.
